Middle school years are generally viewed as full of groans and 'growing pains'.   Today's middle schoolers aren't just trying to juggle their academic studies but a social environment that many confusing and challenging.    They live in a physical and also a virtual world with all the positives but also negatives that brings.   Many feel stressed, anxious, misunderstood, lonely or even isolated and that can lead to poor mental and emotional health.
